Welcome to AICrafto. By accessing or using services at aicrafto.online, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

AICrafto provides custom AI software development and AI integration solutions, digital learning materials, and branded hardware AI kits.

2. AI Software Development and Integration Services

AICrafto delivers consulting, design, and coding for AI projects. Projects are defined in a service agreement and scheduled upon payment.

3. Information Products

We offer digital resources such as eBooks, guides, and tutorials on AI topics, accessible immediately after purchase.

4. Physical Products

Our hardware AI kits and related devices are shipped from our facility. Delivery timelines depend on location.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations requested at least 14 days before project start qualify for a full refund. Requests made within 14 days of project start are subject to a partial refund based on work completed. After delivery of code or integration, no refund is granted due to the custom nature of work. Instead, you may request a transfer of remaining service hours to another project within 120 days.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if access has not been initiated. To request a refund, contact support via Contact Form. After 7 days or once access links are clicked, purchases are final given instant access.

5.3 Physical Products

Unused items in original packaging are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipping. Customers cover shipping costs. Items sent back after 30 days are not accepted. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt of the item.

6. Changes to Terms

AICrafto may revise these terms with notice on the website. Continued use implies acceptance of updates.
